Tara leads learning and development for Ingersoll Rand’s Sales Excellence initiative. She blends change and learning expertise to design engaging, scaffolded solutions that inspire lasting improvement. Her mission is to improve performance of people, programs, & processes by combining humor, celebration, trust, authenticity, and value throughout her work. Prior to Ingersoll-Rand, Tara led enterprise onboarding at Lowes Home Improvement and was an Instructional Designer at Bank of America. She holds a M.S. degree in Executive Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte, and B.A. in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
